Should I play the original Fallout 2 first or the RP Fallout 2?
Lmao this graphic holy shit

the ui is horrible and graphics are so bad you can barely see anything, especially indoors. dont fall for the meme

I only ever played the original unmodded game, but if I played through the unmodded game today I would not care to replay. RP mod seems legit in preserving the original gameplay, that's what I'd play.

Pick one.
Install the RP. It adds removed cool stuff and doesn't affects the balance.

It's pure like an innocent little girl.

I'd go with the restoration project already in. The added content really isn't worth another playthrough on its own merits.
Anyway, after you're done with Fallout 2 I must urge you to give Fallout 1.5 Resurrection a go - its an incredibly well done total conversion mod that adds a completely new campaign with a completely new map set in New Mexico.

Japanese games haven't been the best since Doom came onto the scene in the 90s.
I never bother with fan shit because its always autistic, why would I want fan patches too. I want the original experience.

You could try giving Underrail a go if you are up for something different.

That's what the RP is trying to recreate here, by adding the cut content and such. Although I must admit Cassidy's voice acting is really amateurish, it clearly sounds like a young guy trying to pull off a gruff old man voice.
