Tactics is amazing.

It's decent, but not as good as it could have been. Metacritic review scores are accurate, it's a solid 7.5-8.5 experience, but considering the time and money that's gone into it, as well as the fact it's a numbered entry in a flagship franchise people were expecting better.

It's great, if it looks interesting give it a try, you'll probably have fun. I'd watch the movie beforehand, the little bit of extra context it gives is nice.

If you're unsure and like traditional RPGs, try something else, maybe X or VII as a start. If you can still play SNES games, IV and VI are m favourites.

Most overrated game of all time.

Felt like a single player MMO with zero depth. Almost every side quest is throwaway, the main plot is dumb, the bromance isn't done very well even as the focal point of the game, nip's blonde westerner fetish is shilled and forced upon you, dungeons were basic and generic x amount of layers with no variation, combat was fucking abysmal, too much of the game is automated and so on. The game had some neat ideas but as a whole, it was just bad.

I avoided hammerhead because I didn't want tits mcgee to give me another boring fetch quest.

FF is fucked m8, they have the best looking women and people STILL don't want to play their games.
