I don't see how the crash remaster is worth getting a ps4 for, it seems to have improved visuals and maybe more refined controls but it's essential the same games you can still play on your ps1 or just emulate

I've looked into it as well: Battlefront has local multiplayer, the HD remakes/rereleases actually perform well, and Bloodborne is really good. I'd say that if you cared about all of those it'd be a decent investment.

For me I was going to get one console or the next but MCC, Rare Replay, and 4k Blu Ray playback pushed me to get the Xbone S. Better local multiplayer, better old games, and can be justified as a living room media machine better than a ps4. can't the ps4 not play local media or has that been patched? I can even put a chromecast into the hdmi input port of my xbone
