What are some good mobile games i could buy? I prefer no pay to win because it absorbs much more money than a sibgle buy and no free to play because of the obnoxious ads.

Lara Croft GO is great if you like puzzle games. The other games from that same studio are also pretty decent.

XCom Enemy Within is a pretty good port if you like strategy (differences to PC version: reduced number of maps, most cutscenes missing).
80 Days if you like text adventures.
Danmaku Unlimited 2 if you like bullet hells
