Nobody. It's alright to feel comfortable playing a couple heroes but the concept is designed for you to switch heroes often to adapt to new situations and have both teams trying to counter each other.

Incorrect. Each tank is different, each dps has different strengths. Play what gels with you and hope it either can't be dealt with or counters the other team.
