Flier Caeda is mainly usable just only on flier meme teams. You slap DC on her because she's one of the few red swords who has enough speed and res to tank basically any green mage. With flier buffs she doesn't even need a ruby sword to tank Bunny Camilla buffed I believe, and her speed allows her to double things back with her own buffs.

Actually yeah, the first would definitely be the best, to start with at least it's meant to be a contest after all.
