If you want to enjoy only action games, I would recommend a different video game.
MGS is a political fiction, and it is a work focusing on the story nature like a movie. But they ended up at V.

My consideration about Death Stranding:
The horrible dolls coming out on the trailer will probably only be represented symbolically as a metaphor for the image of the whole work.
I guess the basic framework of this work will be an action game containing many social message properties.
Probably, this work does not contain horror elements. Since Kojima talked about wanting to make more realistic work in the interview.
