It was boring as hell, the fact your weapon breaks after 3/4 hits on a enemy made combat no fun. The world was bland and boring and there story was just not good.

It's all small corridors and shit so it's easy to load only what the game needs, my old shitbox pc that's less powerful than a ps3 by a country mile can run it at 60fps comfortably
really a marvel of optimization if nothing else, no matter what you think about the gameplay
no i dont fucking use that pc for playing games i just never got around to binning it

Game had nothing new to bring to the table.

Look at metal gear solid 5 nobody liked the story but fuck the gameplay was 10/10.
Last of us gameplay was a 6/10 and people called the game a masterpiece

This is one of the better Alien games to be fair OP.

the walking sim bullshit is by people who've never played the game.

The only thing you can't kill is the xenomorph which imo makes it much more intense and intimidating when you encounter it.

Story is pretty subjective but streets ahead of shit like colonial marines and AvP.

Isolation is probably the best thing in the Alien franchise since the AvP game in the late 90's/early 00's

The films surely have been shit for a long time.
