It's not bad, makes for a nice weekend rental you can finish up and return for cheap. Wouldn't bother buying it, though.

Second son is a solid 6, maybe even a 7/10 at most. It looks pretty, has some fluid controls and interesting powers but besides that it's a complete downgrade from the first two games (gameplay is a lot more stale, story is complete trash even though it was one of the best parts of the first two games). First light is only good if you like the neon powers (which were my least favourite powers, so I fucking hated it). In conclusion OP if you see it on sale for like 10 bucks or rent it then you might have an ok weekend
