They need to fix the server issues for one thing, and then do some minor balancing on jason. Nothing too serious, maybe just work on his grab mechanic. The server shit hasn't really affected any of us, sometimes we get the database login error but it doesn't last long.
Only issue we get is being completely unable to customize perks/executions or roll perks unless we're in a lobby, which is never long enough to change anything.

Make use of your sense ability's long range. Use it with morph to try and predict the right spot to drop close to them. Then follow up with shift.

Because it's so difficult to hide from him, he's great for endurance hunting, the counselors will inevitably get tired if you don't let them have a chance to rest. Sense also helps for covering the escape objectives. Helps keep all the counselors on their toes if you keep morphing between objectives when using stalk.

Seriously, I played with a premade on ps4 a while ago and had a fucking blast just scaring the shit out of them. The microphone proximity thing is awesome. I didn't even know you could unlock other Jason's with different stats because I was having too much fun scaring people.

Reminder to not just individually click the doors as Jason for every swing, if you keep the mouse button pressed then Jason won't go into recovery animation after every hit, making your door busting twice as fast. Play a Jason with Destruction and its like you have rage from the very start of the game.

As for dodging grabs as a counselor I think that's debatable. I don't think it gets you clear of it's range and even if you do dodge hit he can follow up almost immediately with another grab. You're better off doing bursts of sprinting to get distance and zigzagging when he's used his shit and is going in for a shift grab.

The Friday the 13th movies are shit, I'm a fan, I love them, but even the fans know they're shit. Part 1 was a cheap rip-off of Halloween (admittedly so by the director) and it spawned 11 sequels. You'll be surprised by how boring they are. The first one especially has a very simple formula. Bland, boring, 2D characters talk about inane pointless shit for X amount of time, someone get's killed, back to 15 minutes worth of poorly written, irrelevant dialogue, next kill, rinse and repeat till the final chase.

All of them are shit but the fans love the comfy 80s slasher atmosphere. There's something comfy about the atmosphere, film grain, camp setting and shitty pointless dialogue. It's hard to articulate the appeal. The closest the series get's to objectively good movies are Part 4 and 6. 6 is a full blown comedy, 4's strength lies in it's characters.

So no, none of them are actually good and the fans are well aware of this. So if you're gonna sit down and watch any of these, you better temper your expectations. The only ones I dislike are Part 5, 7 and the 2009 remake simply because they're boring.

Objectively best ones are 4 and 6, in Part 10 (Jason X) Jason goes to space, it's immensely entertaining. Freddy vs Jason is a lot of fun too.

Holy hell the stamina regen perk is fucking god tier. I play AJ and my stamina regens like a beta Vanessa. I can sprint everywhere and by the time I fix something I have half my stamina back. Searching even a small house and I'll have all my stamina back. Its so good I kept out of range of the one Jason that can run by just jogging ans walking to the exit and juking when he shifted. Havent gotten anything else worth while my only red perk is "Grinder" which gives me fucking 5% more exp. Which is fucking worthless.

You guys say this but after playing Jason a fair bit they are not that useful. They only show up sometimes and only give me a direction. I can say that I only got one kill from using them and that was just because they told me where to jump first at the start of the match. I would disagree. The kills are the best at the start and get worst as you go through the series because the MPAA was getting stricter with each entry. The gore in Parts 1, 3, 4, 9, 10 and FvJ is solid. Every other entry was shredded by the MPAA to the point where most of the kills are literally offscreen.

I had a walkie talkie. I start with one every match. Its not my fault no one found any. Even though I start with one I normally find one every other house. I only use the perk for the 22% voice range extender to talk to people without walkie talkies.

I also find alot of players who join up in groups wont talk to people who are not their friends, I redact my earlier statement, they were the dicks who didn't talk. Or you lucked out and no one but you found a walkie.

Its called "Psychic" Its a yellow perk I believe that's uncommon. It starts you with a walkie talkie and increases your voice range to those without them. The penalty is you make more "noise" which is those white circles Jason can see. Mine is 22% range increase and 2% more noise.

It works out really well since I can effectively talk to anyone I see on my mini map with no problems and I've even used it to fuck with Jason. Jason was chasing someone and was in range so I made it seem like I was talking to people and said "Ok we just need keys for the car then. ... ... ... Oh you already go keys? Fuck great everyone to the car!" And Jason morphed right out of there letting me and the guy he was chasing gtfo.

lol. Great team work really fucks with Jason bad. I find when you play as Jason, its best to hit the smaller teams early on to fuck them over and scatter. Early aggression makes for a fun late match stalking.

I wish it happened more often because those Screams over their mics when I said "who are we hiding from" while standing right behind them with stalk was delicious because of how legitimate they were

Thats great. My favorite is to stay silent most of the match then find a really vocal group talking in a cabin then stalk to the window and just join in on their conversation. Its fucking great to hear "Wait.... That was Jason!" Then they all scramble. My best one was I was talking to them all the way until my Stalk turned off and they all freaked and asked me where I was and to hide if I didn't have eyes on Jason yet. Then it dawned on them that I was Jason the whole time.

No the best way to fix insta grabs is to make full healthed councilors almost always get out. Make it so you gotta bloody them up a bit to secure a grab kill. Then make the pocket knife manual rather than instant so Jasons cant fish for them and make you waste them.

8 total strangers forced to communicate always ends up being hilarious in some way. In life it is almost kind of a rare occurrence to see so many strangers talking to each other.
