Locate 2-hour radio-show/podcast on YouTube and play it in the background
Deploy to Africa/Afghanistan (whichever you like more) using low grade equipment (or the bare minimum that can be considered "naked") and basic fatigues
plot a course to complete all side-ops, acquire resources, and enter into a regular mission from the ground while setting off as few alarms as possible
focus more on avoiding/distracting soldiers without actually knocking them out or killing them (unless its necessary for the side op)
