Dark Souls 2 it's not a bad game, but it has some issues that sometimes makes you want to thrown it.

For example, these days I was playing the DLCs for the first time. I entered to the Memory of the Old Iron King, but now I'm just tired of trying to get to sir alonne. The path to the boss fight it's just shit and slow. If you want to run past it, there is like 50% chance of you being ganked to death. I left it and went back to dark souls 3 to keep playing with a unfinished build, and the combat and everything just feels so much better, fair and cool.

Subjective. The pace of combat is different, but that is done intentionally for the gameplay balance they were going for.

The biggest flaws of DaS2 are the following:
- Soul Memory (the second worst gameplay system in all Souls games, first place goes to world tendency system of DeS).
- Healing system: healing gems. (again second worst healing system in the franchise, first place gies ti DeS again, terrible grass system)
- Horrible nonsensical world design, a result of rebooting the game halfway through development cycle. Original DaS2 concept was amazing, but the ShitStation 3 and Fagbox 360 couldn't handle the scale and graphics, hence the reboot and downgrade. Also fuck Bamco for forcing From Software to make it on that shit generation of consoles, instead of PS4 and Xbox1.
- Quantity over quality approach to bosses in DaS2.

DaS runs amazing on the pc with dsfix and HD texture mods @ 4k 60fps. You don't even need a strong gpu or cpu, all you need is a high clockrate cpu, an ols 2500k @ 4ghz does the job. DaS only utilizes 1 core.

DaS doesn't need a remaster, the PC version is fantastic.

Only DeS needs a remaster, but will never ever get one because the distribution and ownership rights are fucked and all parties involved don't give a shit about DeS because it is the worst Souls game
