aside from the soundtrack, everything else in nieR is pretty mediocre to terrible, especially compared to automata

Taro is a guy who is more interested about what players feel like when finishing his games instead of what the games are actually about. Hes said in interviews that he really doesn't even care about gameplay or story, just more about the feeling side of things.

Its actually hilarious how many similarities Automata and Bioshock Infinite have
