It's a difficult choice, but TOH is a very good DLC. If you really liked Bloodborne it would be viable strategy to get it now, as I think it was just 10 bucks, pretty good for what you get, and wait for a price drop on Nioh. I'm not sure what Nioh costs now

Even then, Nioh itself is worth playing. The lack of enemy types is a pretty big con, but the combat is, at least to me, good enough to make up for it somewhat
