It can't run because of framelock, anon. The gap between the Xbox and the Scorpio is way bigger then the one between PS4 and PRO. If PRO run at maximum 50fps the games that PS4 runs at 30, then Scorpio can most likely run at 60 the ones Xone runs at 30.

But, unlike a PC, you can't just mod the game to overpass the devs stupid decisions. That's why don't matter how powerful the console is, it will still sucks in comparison to PC. You have no freedom in consoles.

Yeah they're at least 2 years too late to try and salvage what they had and get people to go with Xbox over PS4 with the Scorpio. They're not going to convince 60 million PS4 owners to jump ship to their $500 mid gen upgrade just to play multiplats better. If normalfags and casuals really cared about that they would have already bought a Pro last year and that didn't take off either. And if they really, really cared about performance they'd have a PC already anyway.
Time spent on this is time and money wasted that they could have used to push out the 3rd Xbox a year ahead of PS5 but now they're stuck working on Scorpio that's not going to win over Xbox owners or PS4 owners or PC owners.

I got into a conversation with an Xbox player the other day about how they'd like to play the new Zelda and other Nintendo games. But they don't like how underpowered Nintendo's consoles are.

But that's the same complaint they had last generation. They didn't like how the Wii lacking compared to the 360. Now the Switch looks better than the 360, and they're not satisfied. Basically, it's all about the newest and greatest graphics to some people. Yes, ironic that they think this way with consoles. But that's just how it is.
