The major complaints that I see people make
>Too linear
>reused enemies
>rolling takes too little stamina
>underpowered caster builds
The first two are valid, although with the DLCs out now, you can kill Gael before Deacons or Abyss Watchers. I doubt very many people even go through Dancer asap but that's a lot of stuff to do before Vordt if you want. Plus it lets you go to Archdragon Peak once you get to Dungeon too. The only REALLY shitty thing is that Archives are locked until you kill the first 3 lords.
Reused enemies are a minor complaint in my book.
I don't really understand why people get so worked up about being able to roll so often. Yeah it's not realistic for a dude in heavy armor to just roll like that but neither was ninja-flipping in heavy armor in DaS1.
When it comes to caster builds I don't have any opinion. The only spells of any kind I've ever used in a souls game are Power Within, Iron Flesh, and Flash Sweat.

True. People should realize that when I put DeS last, I don't think it is a bad game, I think other Soulsborne are a lot better. I'd rather spend 400 hours in DeS than 4 hours in games like Witcher 3, Skyrim, Uncharted 4 etc.
