Pretty good honestly. The cover system avoids some of the irritating little niggles that others have, and the story isn't bad, especially if you get into the characters.

The gameplay is fairly generic, but has no real flaws. It's the atmosphere and writing that's the draw of the game.

It's more the atmosphere. Everybody slowly losing their shit (e.g. "tango down" eventually devolves into blood curdling rage screams, controlled executions becoming shooting both kneecaps off a nigger) and eventually hallucinating.

Gameplay itself is bog standard cover shooter. Where it gets interesting is the psychological shit happening throughout the story and to the characters

Eh. Pretty standard shooter that aims for Heart of Darkness/Apocalypse Now. The devs were certainly impressed with themselves, at the very least.
