I don't mind when my team tries their best and loses. I understand that some people are just better than others

What really pisses me off is when my team mates are clearly better players in terms of winning fights but they refuse to advance or push objectives and just try to snipe from the back lines or search for fights in random pointless parts of the map. So often I see a situation where if my team mates just continued doing what they are already doing but walked onto the capture point while doing it we would win but instead they just hold back

Usually they get an inflated ego too because they get a bunch of inconsequential random frags in the middle of nowhere and don't realize that they are less valuable than kills that directly lead to capturing the objective
