I don't know what exactly you'd classify as a boss (as opposed to, say, miniboss or tough unnamed monster) but death is a pretty noteworthy enemy.

This game doesn't have that many boss battles (unless you REALLY go out of your way to do it, often destroying your reputation with a lot of factions to do it), it's more of an arcade-y survival type game with puzzles.
