Passing resemblance to a certain piece of gear is not the same as ripping of.
For fuck's sake only the helmet has a resemblance to the overall shape of the berserker helm, for one thing, BA's helm doesn't have GIANTIC slits on, the fucking thing is practically fully enclosed.
This isn't even getting to the fact that going downward, even the final design barely resembles anything from Berserk, period.
