As someone who mains rs3 currently, at times accomplishments can feel washed out but if you have a pretty solid account it may be worth continuing...

I had a ~1500 total level account in rs3 and decided to sell my bank for bonds and play oldschool instead last november. I don't regret it at all. I could understand if you had a 2000 total level account though.

My biggest issue with rs3 is relearning everything and figuring out the new content. Everything was so different from when I quit that it just didnt seem worth trying to adapt.

Both of them aren't good anymore. What are you going to do when you have all stats maxed? Without a good community there's no reason to play and the way they are designed now with ironmen, ge, etc. it doesn't encourage player interaction

I've played rs3 on and off since release, I'm good at catching up on content and learning from the right players and communities.

I like that I've made money in smithing and crafting too. Dxp was fun as hell and I'm looking forward to menophos.

I won't lie though I want to make an osrs ironman, I'm super conflicted because I wouldn't mind grinding bother accounts but I don't want to double up on membership, if I get my rs3 slayer to 85~ I could get a bond in a couple hours

Raids are impossible if you are not with people you already know though. You can't raid with randoms.

2214 total that would have a quest cape if not for the newest garbage here, every time I log into 3 I feel like I've made a tremendous mistake. I only go on to run some daily shit so I can pay for a bond, and since that doesn't take long at all I can get down to playing oldschool.
Maybe it's because my OS account still has a ways to go before getting gud and so level-ups are fairly frequent, but I do get some of that sweet nostalgia from playing it. There's some design choices that make you wonder what they were thinking ~10 years ago, but for the most part it's a fairly solid grindan game with some questionable modern things added in, like Zeah being fuckhuge for the sake of being fuckhuge instead of being packed to the gills with interesting content, for instance.
