Really? I think it's fine at the moment. We get enough feathers to promote a unit to 5 stars about every two weeks, and that's ignoring things like random free feathers and gauntlets.

It'd be okay if this was still pre skill inheritance where a 5* was a 5* but now units need full load outs and many need new weapons in order to be usable which costs a ton of additional feathers upgrading all that skill fodder.
