The problem is, I don't know a single person who bought a Switch to play MK8D. Hell, I haven't even heard of a person who owns a Switch. If I had to look for people to play a Switch with I wouldn't find any. Because nobody is going to spend that much fucking money to play Mario Kart. It's too simple to have fun for longer than a week and meeting your friends and playing it together is always a better option.
