It's not terrible.

Don't bother with it, its a visual novel adaptation of the original

Play persona 2, it has an interesting story and nice music or play 1(it's an outdated dungeon crawler)

P3P removes lots of cutscenes and probably takes away from the atmosphere of the PS2 version, but the accessibility features make for a less tedious experience.

I wouldn't recommend using the manual party member control, since the original P3 was balanced around not having that feature. With it, the game becomes easier than P4.

OP here, being the PCbro i am sicne i can remember, last console was FAT Ps1, got portables both FAT PsP and FAT DS, so can't do any PS2 fancy stuff.
I can recomended you Warriors Of the Lost Empire, it was my first "Dark Souls", pretty fucking good game, also has coop for the enterity of the game if you have some buddies
