don't know about CTF since I don't play it, but teamwork in arena FPS comes down to voice callouts on enemy positions, callouts on item times, sharing powerups/weapons to those who need it most by using drop weapon/powerup bind, setting up positions for armor/powerup/weapon challenging. overall, teams that coordinate properly do much better than teams that are poor at coordination. everything else is aim and movement. plenty of teamwork is involved in arena FPS
