How much longer do you see Overwatch being popular for?
As long as the keep catering to the lowest common denominator and keep regular updates.
See valve fucked up when they stopped updating their game.
Growing esport, solid updates, Blizzard.
Probably 10 years?
btw Valve failed because they no longer have what it takes as a game company. They just threw shit in.
Blizzard does what Valve don't.

valve didnt need to update it, they have a better game to do their cosmetic bullshit with
see tf2 is an actual game, while shitty mobas are just passive click simulators with minimal amount of actual effort involved
normie ass game where everyone grinds for boxes and golden guns? 10 years min.

Until they release their version of MANNco update.

Good thing they have expressed multiple times that trading won't ever happen.
>>378188867
They stopped making money. Counter strike and dota 2 make much more.

>game is so bloated it needs three to four times the original recommended specs just to run at 20fps now
>valve should have kept updating!
2 years. There's just so few new maps, matchmaking feels like it takes longer than something like Titanfall 2 or Rainbow Six Siege, and the only thing that kept me going is just getting skins or trying to get familiar with different characters which is gets stale.
Blizzard games are like cockroaches.
Not even a nuke could kill wow.

STOP FAPPING TO THIS SHIT ALREADY
>>378189782
You scumpost source
unless they really fucking apply themselves with the next couple hero/map releases then I give it another year maybe
this is, of course, "dead" by blizzard standards, this shit won't truly die for fucking years but it'll fall out of the limelight to the point where every update is ubiquitous news peddled everywhere
