FFT can be a bit unforgiving. Disgaea can let you take back your movement to a degree while FFT won't. There's also no chain attacking.

The story is a bit more serious, less worry about grinding, and a lot more freedom for class customization.

Prinny and Prinny 2 are fucking great platformers.

Right now on my PSP I have: Tactics ogre, Ultimate ghosts n goblins, yggdra union, ff tactics, disgaea 2, gitaroo man lives, blazing souls accelate, growlanser wayfarer of time, jeanne d'arc, lunar, rayman, SOTN and prinny 1/2.

Most of the obscure games on there were suggested by people on /v/.
