Issue 1, you're running a highly mixed team. This is far more workable on Offense, but it's still something that'll can screw you up a bit because of the highly conflicting movement ranges.
Issue 2, you have literally zero ranged attackers on Offense. Stop that. Try to get a fucking Mage on your team ASAP, they're the current driving force in the meta for a reason. This is probably the most important thing that you can try to change, since having zero ranged options severely limits what you can safely do in Arena.
Don't pick fights against any meme teams you don't think you can win against, I.E. Cavalry meme teams, or any shown units that hardcounter ~2-3 units on your current team. For you, I'd say Greens like Nino and Julia would fuck your shit up especially hard.

It really isn't. It had a lot of neat concepts but it handed you so many strong units that a lot of well designed chapters become cake walks. They sacrifice gameplay at times for the sake of story, this becomes especially apparent in 2-3 and 3 endgame where you will spend far more time waiting for the enemy to move than actually planning and executing your own moves.

Nothing too fancy and she still needs some work. Her IV is -Def +Res, so Iceberg gives a couple more points of damage than Draconic Aura, Seal Res is for Nowi and an Olwen I generally use instead of that Xander. The Spur Atk was something I just slapped on when inheriting either reposition or draw back. I didn't really know what to put on her C slot, just that Savage Blow was fucking me over more often than not.

Michalis is always neutral since he's A GHB unit, hence why I didn't bother mentioning his IVs. From what I've heard, the difference in speed between the two of them (Minerva and Michalis) is the main reason why since speed also indirectly affects bulk as you're not getting doubled as often. Despite that though I do like Michalis as a character which is why I'm torn on it. Odds are though I'm probably just gonna sit on the feathers in case I need to up another of the donut steels to 5* (had to already up Alfonse) for arena.

I feel like Julia is actually a little better overall for two reasons.
1.) She's far better and tanking magical hits, and can even tank red mages for a turn if they don't carry Green Breaker.
2.) Her tome allows her to reliably kill even Red dragons, something that's incredibly valuable in the meta.

Linde is really good, but she's competing with the thundercock, who fills a similar niche just as well even without memes, while Julia is pretty much the uncontested best green book, regardless of what Nino memers (Nino needs a meme built around her to work, Julia can be slapped in any team) and the occasional hag fag (only good for memes and maybe grey countering if you're desperate and have a triangle to spare) would like you to believe.

F Robin actually has the same stats as Robin. That's not her problem at all.
The real issue is that she has a default skill set revolving around res tanking and horse killing, two things that she kind of sucks at thanks to her stats. If she had the same skills as Robin, she would at least be a free Robin with a slightly worse color, which isn't too bad. But in order to even get her on the same level as him, she needs to inherit several expensive and rare skills, and she just isn't worth it.
