The key from G2A is the base game and doesn't include the DLC characters (Dizzy,Raven and Kum). So its 46/52(15 for key,12 for DLC and 19/25 for the upgrade). So if you only care about the characters then steam is technically cheaper but if you do then g2a option is better to save 8 dollars
