Selene is shit since HW so you'll use Eos in most relevant content. Have Eos on Sic most of the time. I only use Selene on Obey since she has a nice party-wide dispel and a slight DPS buff.

Literally all the jobs have been homogenized and dumbed down to the point where the meta will likely never be as rigid as it was in HW, but I could easily see a good comp being:

PLD/DRK/AST/SCH/SAM/DRG/RDM/BRD

WAR loses most of it's utility since both SAM and NIN now have slashing in their standard rotations, and they can't do their big openers anymore so having them pull isn't important now, so if you have either SAM or NIN in your party then WAR is made redundant. DRG is also on the chopping block because I can almost guarantee you that BRD and MCH are getting piercing debuffs, so unless you REALLY need Battle Litany than you can easily swap this out too. BRD is probably not going anywhere as long as it has a monopoly on magic resistance, and RDM is just an easy substitute for MCH so those 2 will be interchangeable.

This is really only focused on progression, but farming could possibly see the DPS meta being MCH/RDM/BRD/DRG, then you bring back warrior and probably keep DRK AST SCH.

For all we know, healer DPS remains the same because of other changes.
