Yeah I get you, I really wasn't a fan of it at first, for like the first like 15-20 episodes, I was really annoyed by the leads and the obnoxious designs and sounds, but I forced myself to keep watching and I'm really glad I stuck around. The characters really turn around when they start working together and the Kamen Rider Chronicles arc has been a major improvement on the dynamic, not only for the leads but the setting, side characters and especially villains too. Still not a fan of the obnoxious suit design, sound design and special effects, but the story and characters make up for that now.

Also Dan hamming it up is absolutely precious, by far my favorite villain in all Rider

Ex-Aid will never be among my favorite series (Kuuga, Agito, Fourze and Blade) but it's still more enjoyable than I expected and miles above Ghost and Drive which I honestly didn't like.
