It was good at launch because people were retarded, it became worse once people realized its biggest counter was to use walls. Then blizzard added character, all of them have ways to stop it.

Fan the hammer should get a buff to kill 200HP characters in a flash-bang but distributed in such a way that if they are being directly healed they'll survive it barely. Turn him into a flank-buster again with moderate mid-range. As it stands his right-click is useless for anything but pinging shields.

It worked well when it refunded 50% charge after not pulling the trigger. This made McCree really good at locking down a whole area, as under the right conditions he could force the whole enemy team to run for cover while his teammates flanked them. Bullshit. 76 is much better at dealing with winston because he can heal himself. Mccree literally loses to Winston 1v1. 76 wins.

76 is better at killing Phara because he has less damage falloff at distance.

He does way more dps than Mccree too so he is obviously also better at killing bastion and Orissa.
