If you havent put any points into something long range your only option is to rush at them while they throw fireballs at you and hope you dont take damage. Unless you minmaxed the first two acts pretty hard or didnt save your shrine buffs it can take a lot more than 2 combos, especially if you didnt train enough in a weapon skill
