The game puts you in servers with mericans and stuff constantly and the 300 ping because of that makes the game unplayable

Clearly you didn't play the beta. Vanessa was worse then, and that combined with the fact that she's the default councilor when picking means that 90% of people picked her. Thoughts on Chad? His weird stat spread makes me think there's a particular strategy with him in mind, but I'll be damned if I can work it out.

Speed seems worthless without good stamina, and his stealth score is rendered pointless by his dismal composure. Unless Luck is amazing in some way, I can't tell what his deal is.

I can't tell what the deal is on any of the male counselors. They're just designed to die. Adam and Buggzy are designed around fighting Jason which is a losing strategy. Nerd has stealth but no composure. Chad has speed but no stamina and Kenny is just all around bad.

Depends on your character, stealth characters if they can break LOS after like stunning him or juking him in a building have a good chance of not showing up on sense. Fast characters just have to keep running and hope he gives up or they get lucky on a sense check. The other thing is that even if you die if you waste several minutes of jasons time you are helping your team, idiots jasons that tunnel vision normally means everyone else can escape if they aren't shit.

You can kill him but it requires ridiculous steps like hurting him until his mask falls off, having a female counselor find his mother's sweater in his shack, and then the sweater-wearer teaming up with Tommy Jarvis (who has to be summoned in by interacting with a randomized object) to finish him off. It will never happen unless the entire team is set out to do it from the beginning.

You can escape by boat, car, foot (requires calling the police and waiting for them to show up at one of the exits) or just waiting out the 20 minute timer.

actually dbd was breaking 50k on and after release and during december, but the devs managed to be so terrible they started hemorrhaging 10k players every single month since. now it's about 6000 players on average and barely 12k peak, that's after a huge new DLC and double xp weekend.

This game was never meant to work with voice chat, and hat's exactly why the devs deliberately left it out in the game itself. Testers found winning as the killer to be impossible if all the victims were communicating across the map. Thus, you're shit out of luck if you're matched against a group linked up on Discord.

Better examples of inherent imbalance IMO are the 'infinites', aka map areas where the survivor can indefinitely evade the killer. This is the number one complaint that most players and streamers of the game have because it's barely countered by foresight and killer activities. The devs aren't pulling their weight and redesigning maps/gameplay to prevent such stalemates.

In order to evade in F13 you cant just run away loud as fuck, which most people haven't learned because they are shit and brand new. Once you learn how to manage your fear and stealth you can lose jason through a building if you are good enough. Rather than fucking endlessly kiting him. Smack with bat go in building then hop out and stealth somewhere else. You aren't supposed to really get chased without dying in this game.

Sometimes it may seem that way but he will kill more innocent wholesome counselors too, and he even TRIES to kill the final girl/virgin at the end, he just fails. He's also killed police officers and just plain people doing their jobs. The only people he won't kill, are prepubescent children (he even tried to kill a 12 year old Tommy Jarvis, so it has to be prepubescent aged. In part 6 he walked right past a bunch of sleeping children and one of them even woke up and saw him and started saying a prayer while her eyes were closed, and Jason walked away from her, when she opened her eyes, he was gone.

She was instructed to do that prayer by a very nice, well meaning, wholesome counselor that actually gave a shit about the kids.. like, Jason watched her nurture this little girl through the window,, and while he was going to kill her, he was going to wait until she took care of the child and then left, so as to not kill someone in front of the child and traumatize them.... so you'd think maybe since she was a good wholesome caring girl and a good counselor that maybe Jason would leave her alone...

He was really really bad, they had knocked his mask off before I even made my way over to him since I had no clue what was going on since no radio. My friend also liked to call in Tommy and die since hes a shitter, all the stars aligned basically. You get this cool cutscene but the dude quit and it glitched out the server and gave us a normal win. Theres no way anyone else will accidentally kill Jason though since its rare for someone to even go for the sweater and for enough people to beat him up without dying.

She killed anyone who worked at the camp. She was pissed because the counselors were too busy fuggin' and druggin' to watch her re-re boy breath in a bunch of water, so she decided to merc up a bunch of'em every time they tried to re-did the camp. Then, a less stoned teenager decapotatoed her. This led to Jason, who apparently was still alive but living in the woods, going apeshit every time anyone got near Crystal Lake. Then, a little bit later on, he becomes a zombie when the child that hit him in the head with a machete grows up and Frankensteins him awake.

It's not really a series that you watch for plot.
