In theory it should be completely mediocre, boring even, but the full game is Nintendo quality executed and polished and has an overall unique character which is more than what can be said for its competition over the oast few years

Overly talked about certainly, especially in relation to kickstarters that actually delivered. It holds its own fairly well as a game and hasn't attracted the same weird hoard of fans that things like Undertale have.
