The pastebin should have everything you need, when you get to step 6 in the github guide, switch to the brazillian title install method, the disc2app thing is for ripping your own games
If you want to apply the restoration patch to uncensor the game, you'll either need to run it through loadiine or find a pre-patched copy that's installable to USB.

The patch can only be applied to a loadiine format of the game. After you've applied the patch, you can try to use NUSPacker to put it in a USB installable package, but its kind of difficult to use. Alternatively, you can try to find a USB version of the game that's already been patched and re-packed I think there's one on WiiUiso
If you don't want to mess with any of that, it plays fine with loadiine.
