I hacked mine recently and don't appear to be banned, then again i've only been playing SMT IV and Etrian Odyssey IV. I have downloaded Echoes from freeshop but haven't booted it up. I guess i played abit of MH XX with patch but doesn't look like im banned as of yet. Guess i wont boot up echoes any time soon.

Freeshop can't ban you because of the way the 3ds infrastructure works, they can't know if you download a game from freeshop or legitimately from the eshop. Any bans given are purely because retards go online on games that aren't out yet and shit like that.
