There's a Bravery stat in that game which you can raise as you progress, usually by eating food. The higher your Bravery, the girlier clothes you can put on the main character, who is male. This creates both an interesting dynamic where you can outfit any female character in both male and female outfits, but the superior stat boosts of the female outfits are unavailable to the main character until later in the game, so the more you play the more rewarding and encouraged crossdressing becomes.
