In that panel, a giant Wes-Li is hurtling down the ground in a giant meteor-like ball. The clever joke here being that, Sonichu already knows how to get out of the way because he's clever, but you'd have to tell him twice in the stone age because the men of the stone age were primitive. It's speculated the meteor-like shape of Wes-Li ties in with the meteor that destroyed the dinosaurs, implying that Chris falsely believed that dinosaurs existed at the same time as humans.
