Fucking Pokemon does this shit.
A wild Pokemon with Super Fang, Confuse Ray, any other status move, and a little bit of luck can be damn near as powerful as one on your team that's triple its level.
Of course, most of the time it doesn't have that luck and you just blast the fucker.
