Kill guards with your rotor blades and learn the controls.

Copland and Death Row are the hardest missions in the game and even they aren't too tough if you plan ahead.

I think it's because usually all missions up to that point where basically easy as shit, then that one is kind of easy to fail especially first try. It's not even a fun mission either.

In my experience that became the point where I did nothing but free roam with cheats.

Always finished the mission with around 25% fuel left, and I played it on the launch PS2 version.

I only tried 2 different orders and both worked fine

The hardest GTA VC mission is that one where you can to intersect the army convoy.
The PS3 controls aiming just make this mission frustrating as fuck.

I got that one down good. Get the banshee from the car dealership near 8ball. When the race starts activate the red gate by backing into it so you're one half length ahead of the rest. Floor it and make the first turn, they will spend the rest of the race crashing into each other as long as you mind traffic
