In Ecclesia, your magic bar is always a relevant resource to manage from beginning to end, as the magic meter is more like what you would expect of a stamina bar. Most glyphs drain the whole thing in just a few uses. Even if it recovers in a matter of seconds, you deplete it in a moment and are effectively helpless until you get enough back to use anything.
