MGS2 has a lot of asshole fans that say "2deep4u" a lot but if you think MGS2 ended on a cliffhanger you fundamentally didn't get it

MGS2 is the story of raiden dealing with his past. That's the actual plot, everything else with the patriots and the weird shit is just so kojima can talk about the theme he was going for with the story and have some fun.

The actual story of MGS2 is concluded. Raiden has remembered/moved past his child solider past and is going to pass his memes onto the next generation by fucking his annoying girlfriend, and snake likewise is going to spread his ideals because he doesn't have a dick or something. Theres a different between not explaining something on purpose and having a cliffhanger, MGS2 is a game that literally tells you to look past the words and pictures and focus on the actual meaning, large parts of the ending were literally set up to not be explained (while everything that needed to be explained was) but because people can't understand a basic film trope we had the pile of horseshit that was MGS4.

You do know that if it's a remaster then they can simply change the way the characters look right? The actors aren't tied to the franchise itself, just their likeness and that can be changed.

Onimusha was never a wild success though like Resident Evil or Street Fighter which is why it's been ignored, along with practically all of Capcom's other franchises that don't have Resident Evil or Street Fighter in their name.

Still waiting on a new Megaman X, Breath of Fire, Dark Stalkers, Project Justice, ect.
