I'm not even a fan of the witcher series, but this is literally the truth.

Everything in DAO is just bioware trying to do their best witcher impression. From the ugly, gritty, and violent aesthetic to grey wardens literally just being the same thing as a witcher right down to the trial of the grasses.

Gameplay and writing wise the game is nothing but mediocre and it's laughable that you would look back on it and call it underrated

The only reason I played so much DA2 was because of some skill mods that allowed me to do huge amounts of damage with my 2h Hawke swinging faster than Guts
