Great many years ago when I'd go to tourneys for various fightan but pretty much average skill now. I just don't have the drive anymore and casually play. Friends are getting too busy to do fight nights, there isn't a big scene here and online play isn't the same as local.

I suck at them. I don't have the attention span to dedicate learning the ins-and-outs, and curve of going up against other players online is like trying to scale a mountain barehanded most of the time. The few victories I do get are fleeting when I get perfected against inevitably.

Nothing like playing Soul Calibur IV, losing every single match, and the one time I actually get a Critical Finish off, I just barely miss and the other player howls with laughter at my atrocious play.
