There's quite a few money making opportunities but the best are almost all slayer/zulrah.

Your best and only bet is barrows, try and nab an iban's staff and upgrade it to hold 2k charges, you should get a return on your runes and make bank every time you get a unique. Invest in better account security and stop using the same passwords for everything.

2 step doesn't work for shit when you can just send in a support ticket and say "hey I forgot my email and lost my security token device" and they actually fucking remove it. It's a farce. Not OP either, but jagex "security" and "support" is laughable. They give out accounts and info to literally anyone who asks.

I have 2 step, nothing popped up on my phone and they were in and out in like 10 mins. Jagex won't do anything about it so i won't bother with them
