Demons only wins because it's the only version that had the unique attribute of being able to hit through shields plus the unique design attribute where the moonlight part of the blade wasn't physically real.

BB comes in a close second for having the best particle effects and cosmic swirls plus the ambient light it cast on the environment in trick mode.

The post-TP Master Sword, and I guess specifically the Fi versions in SS and BotW where it has a blue tint to it, and Chrom's version of the Falchion from Fire Emblem made me realize how much I like glowing swords.

A lot of games go over the top with the effects. Fire, literally radiating light, etc.

But here they just glow blue, or gold in the case of Chrom's awakening of the sword with a blue-green tint in the sword's hilt.

It really finds a good balance between a normal design, and a more fantastical extra thing.
