I used to hold the SNES controller upside down until I was like 14 so this layout would probably feel oddly comfortable for me. Played lots of street fighter and other fast paced games with no problems, it just felt natural to me for some reason.

Oh, and don't forget flight sims. The market is so fucking shocking that everyone just says "lol just learn to play right handed like a gimp". You can get ambidextrous sticks, that's fine. The issue is finding a throttle, barely anyone makes them stand-alone, and nobody has ever made a lefty one. You literally have to spend over a hundred bucks on one, and THEN you have to take it apart, saw it in half, and glue it back together.

My aunt would get her knuckles rapped if she wrote with her left hand in school and yeah, she says in retrospect she is glad because she was trained to be ambidextrous and now she doesn't have to deal with lefty shit.
