Chaos Theory is M+KB only so I assume SC1 is as well, but CT at least has a great control scheme, the best for a stealth game I've ever seen on PC because movement speed was mapped to the mousewheel

Most games didn't actually need it, like Splinter Cell 1,2 and 3 did. It truly was an amazing series. The controls on the xbox were also pretty well implemented.

It has been a long time for me as well but iirc it either did nothing or the camera was stuck spinning or some shit, either way I gave up and used they keyboard and found it worked like a wet dream anyway

Somewhat accurate picture, Double Agent on Xbox/PS2 were actually comparably as good as Chaos Theory because it was the same team that made it (360/PS3/PC being Shanghai team). Conviction was also ruined because they brought in Vegas' director.
