Crash was only interesting in its time for technological reasons. It was an impressive game for its time, but the gameplay was nothing special.

Crash 1 is finally up to snuff with 2 and 3 in terms of checkpoints saving box progress, a real save system and time relics added.

Bundled with it are 2 and 3 which are still fun to play to this day because the control and level design stand the test of time as opposed to something like Mario 64.

Mario 64 is great too by the way.
